We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Representative (m/f/d) based in the United Kingdom, preferably in England. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening Weiss Chemie's presence in the UK market and contributing significantly to our company's growth in this region. Your local presence and established network will enable you to provide excellent customer support and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Market Expertise:
You have in-depth knowledge of adhesives and ideally experience in surface bonding, using this expertise to position our products effectively across various industrial sectors.
• Customer Support:
You will actively support and advise our customers in the UK, particularly in England, to increase our market presence and sales.
• New Customer Acquisition:
You will develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand our product portfolio in the UK market.
• Order Management:
You will work closely with our internal sales team, product management, and development to professionally handle customer inquiries and orders.
• Market Analysis and Development:
You will analyze the market and competitive landscape to identify sales opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Product Development:
You will participate in the development of our product portfolio, aligning it with market requirements and customer needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education:
Completed commercial or technical training with relevant further education or a university degree.
• Language Skills:
Fluent English is required; German is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Work Experience:
At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the chemical industry or related sectors, with a focus on the UK market.
• Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Organizational Skills:
Outstanding self-organization and reliability.
• Willingness to Travel:
Willingness to travel extensively within the United Kingdom (approximately 60%).

Strong analytical skills for evaluating market information and developing sales strategies.

Flexibility in responding to changing market conditions and customer demands.

High level of commitment and motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Weiss Chemie in the UK market.
